Privacy Policy
Updated: 31 August 2026
This policy covers Elastic Sea’s Marble Race for Android.
Data we use
- Local data: Progress, settings, downloaded content, and logs are stored on your device. A device identifier helps protect saved files locally.
- Unity analytics and diagnostics: Unity automatically receives, over HTTPS, device/installation identifiers, device and app details, IP addresses, approximate location, session events, crash reports, and performance information for analytics and reliability. The current game has no analytics opt-out switch. See Unity’s privacy policy.
- Workshop: Searches, filters, requested item IDs, app version, and connection information, including your IP address, reach our Microsoft Azure-hosted service over HTTPS to provide results and downloads. Custom servers receive these requests instead when selected; their security may differ.
- Optional log uploads: Choosing to upload logs sends diagnostic files, an installation identifier, and an upload tag over HTTPS to our Azure-hosted service for troubleshooting. Logs may contain errors, device details, file paths, and game activity. This is separate from Unity’s automatic collection.
- Support: We and our email provider process your email address, messages, and attachments to answer you.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until removed or replaced; clearing app storage deletes progress and settings. We retain support messages and uploaded logs as needed to resolve issues, provide follow-up, and meet legal obligations. Unity applies its own retention practices. Uninstalling does not delete data already uploaded.
For privacy questions or access, correction, or deletion requests, email developer@elasticsea.com. Include your upload reference code if relevant. We will handle requests under applicable law and explain any limits on identifying or deleting records. Unity also provides privacy-request options in its policy above.
